About the Consultant
Komal Arora

Led by Experience. Grounded in Impact.
Komal began her journey with iVolunteer, a nonprofit championing volunteerism in India. She later joined NASSCOM Foundation, where she designed volunteering initiatives for member companies using a collective impact approach.
Over the years, she has worked with organizations like Canon India, Nestlé India, and H&M Retail India, successfully designing and executing Employee Volunteering and Social Sabbatical programs across multiple locations in India.
Her work is rooted in collaboration, strategy, and a deep understanding of both corporate and community needs.
